Ways we can help

HIV and Hepatitis C Services

Free, confidential HIV and hepatitis C testing, with treatment, case management, and prevention, including PrEP and PEP. You do not need a reason to get tested, and no one is turned away.

Narcan Provider / Overdose Prevention

Narcan (naloxone) nasal spray aims to reduce opioid overdose deaths for people most likely to experience or witness an overdose.

STI Testing, Treatment, and Prevention

Testing is private and quick, and you do not need a reason. If a result needs attention, we connect you to treatment right away. Prevention, including DoxyPEP, is part of the visit.

Primary Care

Checkups, screenings, common illnesses, and long-term conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure, with referrals handled by your care coordinator.

Behavioral Health

We connect you to counseling and behavioral health care for anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and recovery, coordinated with your medical care. Counseling arranged with our partners, medication management, and video visits when travel is hard.

Pre-exposure and post-exposure prophylaxis can help you stay HIV negative, especially where there is potential risk of exposure.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Recovery from opioid or alcohol use is medical care. Our licensed providers prescribe and manage medication, we arrange counseling and peer support, and we help if you have run out of medication or are between providers.

Housing and Supportive Services

Placement and referral coordination with recovery residences, shelters, and housing partners, plus transportation help where available. Health does not hold up without a safe place to sleep.

We come to you. Our mobile units bring testing, screening, and care coordination to neighborhoods, programs, shelters, and partner sites. If you cannot get to us, tell us where you are.

Support and placement for people who are pregnant or newly parenting and need a stable place to land. Now open in St. Petersburg.
